The Good Doctor & His Bond
When Doctor Clyde met Norman he never knew what was coming. Clyde and Norm met at Cambridge University while Clyde was attending medical school.
Before Norm became a student at Cambridge, he watched Clyde out his bedroom window in the Langford Residence. Norm was quite determined that the man he saw out the window (Clyde) would indeed be the perfect vampire progeny.
Norm eventually talked Arwin into letting him attend Cambridge in the School of Business. It wasn't long before Norm introduced himself to Clyde and they became fellow students and friends. They studied together in the library, drank tea, and ate Vietnamese soup (Well, Norman pretended to). Norm waited and waited for the perfect time to turn his sweet medical student into his progeny, a vampire.
On the eve of Clyde's Graduation from Medical School, Norm fiercely bit his neck while Clyde was cleaning out his lab bench. Clyde woke the next morning as a vampire... and everything in his life changed. (To read details about this story check out the doctor's Bonus Story)
Over time Norm and Clyde eventually became blood bonds. Having a blood bond was considered too distracting for one in the medical profession per the Vampire Doctor's Guild... So, despite Clyde's better judgment he kept his blood bond hidden, only eating when absolutely necessary.
Eventually Clyde's secret was revealed to vampire society and Doctor Clyde had to make a choice. Break his bond with Norman or fight. Fight for the right to have a blood bond as a physician. Clyde took his case to court. Clyde proved to the court and the Vampire Doctor's Guild that his blood bond did not in fact distract him from his vital work. Clyde won the case and kept his bond with Norm.
Today, they reside together in London. Norm teleports Clyde to work and when not working Clyde spends his time going on crazy adventures with his blood bond.
New York Vampire Region's Doctor
Anyone who comes through Clyde's door is treated with the same level of care as her majesty. Clyde has treated the best of the best and the worst of the worst. He's seen it all. He's dedicated his life to learning and caring for those in need. Clyde's visited other regions such as India in order to see to it they are receiving the care they need.
Clyde continues to educate himself by researching and attending the Vampire Doctor's Guild meetings. He also sometimes reaches out to Dr. Michaels who was his mentor back in the day.
Clyde could not imagine his life without being a doctor. It was always his plan and he never steered away from it.

Absolutely Glowing
When Norm turned doctor Clyde into a vampire in the Cambridge Medical School Laboratory, he had no idea what the outcome would be. Would Clyde simply die and forever be lost or would he indeed become Norm's progeny, a magnificent vampire?
Clyde indeed became a vampire, but to both Norm and Clyde's surprise, Clyde developed a distinct glow when in the darkness. Norm always thought it was the cutest thing, but Clyde felt otherwise. It's unknown as to why this happened to Clyde... Was it Norman's piecing bite, or did it have to do with the chemicals in the medical lab?
A Good Guy in a Bad Guy's World
When Clyde first met Norm, he had no idea he was a criminal. In fact, Norm even had Clyde over to the Langford house while they were attending university. He introduced Arwin Langford as his father and Lance Smith as his brother. Norm soon realized that having Clyde at the Langford house was dangerous. The last thing Norm wanted was Arwin to make Clyde his progeny instead of him.
Currently, Clyde knows the truth about the Langford house and its residents. He finds it hard to hold to his values when influenced by Norman and his Criminal ways. However, Clyde has in fact helped the Queens of all Vampires with their investigation into the Langford residents. He's provided information and even tricked Norm into falling into a trap which led him to vampire prison. Norm, being very influential, usually persuades Clyde to come back onto his side.
Once, Clyde made Norm promise to give up his criminal lifestyle. Norm agreed, but unfortunately, it didn't last and will probably never happen.
